This weekend we’re thrilled to be joining SKYY Vodka for Greater Palm Springs Pride! To celebrate a year of advancements even in the face of great adversity and a hostile White House, we’re raising a glass and committing more than ever to the movement to secure LGBT non-discrimination protections nationwide!

The big event, Greater Palm Springs Pride, is all this weekend – Saturday, November 4 from 10am to 10pm and Sunday, November 5 from 10am to 5pm.

SKYY Vodka, long term advocates for equality for all, will have a space at the event’s festival, and Freedom for All Americans staff members will be there to help you get engaged in the work ahead for LGBT non-discrimination protections.

It’s been a great year for LGBTQ non-discrimination in California, where lawmakers came together to update outdated laws blocking progress for the LGBTQ community. But nationwide, it’s been a more uphill battle, as legislators across the country and the White House have shown their cards to be hostile to the LGBTQ community. It’s time to celebrate our successes this year and mobilize for the work ahead. It will take energy from LGBT activists across the country to fight back against anti-LGBTQ discrimination.

The Greater Palm Springs Pride festival is a great way to come out, celebrate, and get inspired. Team members from Freedom for All Americans will be there alongside our friends at SKYY Vodka, and we are looking forward to talking with supporters on the importance of LGBTQ non-discrimination.

The event in Palm Springs is the sixth Pride event this year that brings Freedom for All Americans together with SKYY Vodka. In June, we spoke with supporters at Jersey Pride in Asbury Park, NJ and at LA Pride in Los Angeles, CA – and at the end of June we marched with SKYY and the cast of Transparent for New York City Pride! In September we came together for Austin Pride, and on Thursday, November 2 we joined with SKYY Vodka at The Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood for a special event.

Our strategic & long term partnership with SKYY will see the company contribute resources to support Freedom for All Americans’ bipartisan campaign to secure full nondiscrimination protections for LGBT people nationwide. Together, we’ll work to support education on key issues impacting the LGBT community and continue the work to improve lives of LGBT Americans each and every day.
