Freedom for All Americans Kicks Off Pride Season with Our Partners at SKYY Vodka

June is LGBTQ Pride Month – and this year, Freedom for All Americans is excited to mark the occasion alongside our partners at SKYY Vodka, a brand with a long history of supporting LGBT equality.

All summer long, we’re teaming up with the SKYY Vodka team on many events – starting Sunday, June 4 in Asbury Park. For the Jersey Pride Festival, SKYY Vodka, long term advocates for equality for all, will have a lounge at the event’s festival, and Freedom for All Americans staff members will be there to help supporters get engaged in the work ahead for LGBT non-discrimination protections.

It will take energy from LGBT activists across the country – including in states where laws explicitly prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity – to build the momentum we need to achieve national resolution for comprehensive non-discrimination. And as we are faced with an administration in the White House that has already shown itself to be hostile to LGBT equality, we must be more vigilant than ever.

Pride festivals are a great way to come out, celebrate, and get inspired.

Here’s a look at where we’ll be this summer! We hope to see you at one of these great events!

  • Jersey Pride: Asbury Park, NJ • Sunday, June 4 from 12:00-7:00pm
  • Los Angeles Pride Celebrations: Los Angeles, CA • Friday, June 9 – Sunday, June 11
  • New York Pride March: New York, NY • Sunday, June 25
  • Austin Pride: Austin, TX • Saturday, August 26 – Sunday, August 27
  • Orlando Pride: Orlando, FL • Dates TBA
  • Palm Springs Pride: Palm Springs, CA • Saturday, November 5 – Sunday, November 6

Our strategic & long term partnership with SKYY will see the company contribute resources to support Freedom for All Americans’ bipartisan campaign to secure full nondiscrimination protections for LGBT people nationwide. Together, we’ll work to support education on key issues impacting the LGBT community and continue the work to improve lives of LGBT Americans each and every day.

From all of us at Freedom for All Americans – Happy Pride! And we’ll see you in festivals and celebrations across the country!
