Freedom for All Americans and SKYY Vodka Proud to Partner on Work to Advance LGBT EqualityBy Adam Polaski • September 14, 2016 • 11:58 am
Freedom for All Americans is proud to announce a new partnership with SKYY Vodka, a brand with a long history of supporting the LGBT community.
The strategic & long term partnership with SKYY will see the company contribute resources to support Freedom for All Americans’ bipartisan campaign to secure full nondiscrimination protections for LGBT people nationwide. Together, we’ll work to support education on key issues impacting the LGBT community and continue the work to improve lives of LGBT Americans each and every day.
The partnership follows SKYY’s successful two-year campaign in partnership with Freedom to Marry.
This year SKYY has also launched a joint media campaign with the multi-award winning show Transparent, the ground-breaking show nominated for 10 EMMY Awards this weekend. Beginning just last week, SKYY and Transparent launched co-branded billboards in major U.S. cities and supported strategic social media and publicity activations.
Earlier this summer Freedom for All Americans was thrilled to join SKYY and cast and crew members from Transparent at LGBT Pride parades in New York City and Los Angeles. Transparent creator Jill Soloway appeared alongside cast members Carrie Brownstein, Alexandra Billings, Natasha London, Rhys Ernst, Rain Valdez, and our Lady J.
Freedom for All Americans is grateful for SKYY’s leadership, which underlines robust business support for equality. Our partnership marks the first time that a major alcohol brand has made a commitment to an organization dedicated specifically to passing transgender-inclusive non-discrimination laws.
